Fogli LMFT teaches parents how to use empathy, validation, and gift of silence to get teens talking and keep teens talking. Learn simple communication tricks to start difficult conversations.

Michelle C. Fogli, LMFT, a psychotherapist and group facilitator practicing in Sherman Oaks and Calabasas, provides individual and group counseling to teens and young adults struggling with symptoms of depression and anxiety. She integrates love and laughter into every session and genuinely embraces the challenges of the modern teen.
