Part cooking competition, part pantry raid...but not just any pantry, Trader Joe's! Participants will be given an allotment of cash and a teammate. Teams have 30 minutes to shop in Trader Joe's using only the cash they have been given, to buy ingredients either for an appetizer or dessert.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PARENTS: Parents will meet with youth participants at Trader Joe's in Agoura Hills (28941 Canwood St, Agoura Hills, CA 91301) at 5:30pm. While schmoozing in the parking lot with Rabbi Julia, the youth participants will be shopping inside and at 6:15pm, their shopping concludes. We ask that parents then shuttle their kids to Or Ami for cooking prep and dinner provided by Or Ami.

Teams will create their dishes and present them to the group and find out who is the FIRST EVER winner of Raider Joes!

Pickup is at 8:30 pm at Congregation Or Ami.
