Looking for effective ways to talk with your pre-teen or teen?

Come together with parents, teens, grandparents, teachers, and therapists to discover valuable communication skills and mental wellness techniques. Hear from Dr. Wendy Mogel, NY Times best-selling author and prominent public speaker. Choose among workshops by community experts and local teens to gain important practices for healthy (family) relationships.

The day also offers personal wellness time, so that every participant walks away with tools for their own wellness, as well as tools to use with others in their life.

Lunch is included in registration cost. Childcare is available - please indicate when registering.
