PRAYERBOOKS

Or Ami uses the machzor (prayerbook) Sha'arei Or: Gates of Light for our Adult High Holy Day Services. There will be no visual t'filah during our virtual services, but an electronic copy of the prayerbook will be available at orami.org/HHD prior to services.

YIZKOR

As part of our Yizkor (memorial) service on Yom Kippur morning, we recall the stories of our departed loved ones. It is our custom to write these memories on scrolls to be placed in the sacred Ark with the Sifrei Torah, and to be gathered into a Yizkor 5781 book, which will be kept by the synagogue as a loving memorial.

If you would like to submit a Yizkor scroll this year, please fill out our online form by Tuesday, September 22nd
