I understand that in order to maintain fairness, 6 choices MUST be provided. Forms returned with less than 6 choices will NOT be processed. Forms that are turned in after the date below will only be processed AFTER all other forms are processed. I also understand that all Saturday morning and Saturday afternoon Havdala services will take place in our sanctuary. I understand that the temple will do everything it can to inform me of my child’s assigned BMitzvah date by mid-April 2025.
